Thieves and Pastries

Step into the Kingdom of Arastra with this cosy fantasy read.

Lori’s a professional thief and she knows how to disappear. Or at least she thought she did. After returning to her hometown to lie low after her latest job, her life takes an unexpected turn in the form of a charming half elf Jonny and a dilapidated bakery.

She’s soon swapping her lockpicks and sculking in the shadows, for an apron and the bright firelight of the cozy bakery kitchen.

Along with the help of a brilliant alchemist and some quirky customers, the bakery is on its way to becoming something truly magical; until disaster hits the town.

Faced with losing her home and family, Lorri needs to decide how far she’s willing to go to protect her new way of life and everything she’s recently realised she holds dear.
