The Has-Been and the Hot Mess

She’s supposed to resurrect his image. Falling for him would be bad, right? Asking for a friend…

Kendall Quinn is a PR goddess. Meanwhile, her love life is a complete mess. So, when her latest romantic disaster leaves her jobless and homeless, it’s time to take drastic measures.

The mission? Drag grumpy, former rockstar Jackson Hale kicking and screaming back into the limelight.

The job will be easy. But can she keep her hands off her new client?

Seems unlikely.

Because as it turns out, he’s actually a nice guy. The fact that he runs a dog rescue in his spare time is just yummy, hot icing on the sweet, sexy, impossible-to-resist cinnamon roll.

And did she mention he was also her teenage crush? Yeah…awkward.

Good thing her decidedly unprofessional, messy feelings for Jackson are one-sided.

Except…they aren’t.

So, is it even possible for a certified hot mess and a ridiculously hot has-been to make beautiful music together?

Guess there’s only one way to find out…

The Has-Been and the Hot Mess, book 1 in the Hot Has-Beens series, is a light, hilarious, contemporary romantic comedy (told in 3rd person, dual point of view) that can be read as a standalone. It features a snarky, down-on-her-luck heroine and the grumpy, reclusive, nice guy former rockstar of her dreams. Happily ever after guaranteed–along with plenty of witty banter, casual cussing, sexy times, and pop culture references. Happy reading!
