Taming the Abyss

He’s not human. He’s not gentle. And he’s not letting go.

They called him The Outcast—feared, unwelcomed, and forged in battle. Brakan of Kaldrith has never known love, only the cold edge of a blade and the loneliness of survival. Sent to protect a cursed coastal village, he expects to face yet another mindless horror from the depths.

He did not expect Vareshan.

Ancient, godlike, and terrifying, Vareshan is no mere monster. Born of the darkest abyss, with a body of shifting tentacles and golden, predatory eyes, he is a creature who has ruled the seas for centuries. But beneath his monstrous form lies something far more dangerous—curiosity, intelligence, and an overwhelming possessiveness when he sets his gaze on Brakan.

As the tide pulls them closer, Brakan finds himself caught in Vareshan’s relentless grip—challenged, tempted, and desired in ways he never imagined. And when the seas stir with the ominous call of the Black Tide, Brakan must decide: will he fight the monster, or surrender to the abyss?

A dark M/M romance where a ruthless warrior meets his match in an eldritch god, filled with tension, obsession, and a love as vast and consuming as the sea itself.
