Magic Crime and Defense

Magic Crime and Defense – The Year of Change
For fans of Shadowhunters, A Discovery of Witches & Rivers of London.

A brutal murder on the Cliffs of Moher. Another on a Baltic beach, surrounded by runes. A third floating in the icy Neva River. No footprints. No suspects. Just wounds no human could inflict-and a growing pattern of silence.

Europe’s magical task force is formed:

Fiadh, an Irish faerie with a telepathic gift and a calm that hides storm winds.

Ralf, a German detective, still reeling from the discovery that he is Nephelim.

Gunnar, a Danish berserker-wolf whose instincts run deeper than blood.

Katya, a sharp-witted Russian witch-and perhaps, unknowingly, a crown bearer of ancient power.

As they hunt the killers, tensions rise. Someone is targeting Nephelim across Europe, and old magical alliances begin to fracture. A civil war, long dormant, threatens to reignite.

But not all battles are fought with blades.
Both Fiadh and Gunnar find themselves drawn to the same person: Katya. Controlled, magnetic, untouchable-but is she really? Between unspoken thoughts and sharp glances, desire crackles quietly beneath the surface. And in the silence between action and trust, hearts begin to shift.

A supernatural crime thriller where ancient bloodlines, forbidden magic, and a love triangle could decide the fate of two worlds.
