Ayses Recipes

My name is Ayşe Şen and I will show you how to cook good and tasty dishes for your day-to-day life.
I want to inspire you every day to create delicious dishes and desserts for your family and friends.

Cooking and baking is my passion! And out of my passion came the inspiration to create this book, in which I present 60 savory and sweet recipes for you. You get helpful tips for many dishes. You can easily follow the recipes at home, because I explain the preparation step by step using photos.

Thanks to my community, I came to the idea of writing a cookbook.

I would like this book to be a gift to others and to myself as well. I sincerely hope that this cookbook will be a beautiful memory of shared cooking experiences for both my viewers and myself in the future.
