A Reluctant Villain

This is a story I have been meaning to write for many years, based in Manchester and Devon, and set in the 1960s.

My character “Alex Dando” was a law abiding hard working lad in his mid-20s who fell foul of the law by taking a job without fully understanding just what it entailed as he was too interested in getting the accommodation that was included.

There are graphic descriptions of sex scenes throughout the book, also blood and violence that go hand in hand as Alex becomes a very English gangster albeit with a Midas touch, but that has an adverse affect on the women in his life, as his sudden rise to prominence has many ups and downs as he travels on the road of no return.

This is the first book in a series of three.
